1. 音声処理
音への反応は初期状態でオフです。利用者が設定でシステム音声またはマイクを選んだときだけ、音量、ピーク、ビートを算出するために必要な短い音声フレームをメモリ内で一時処理します。
音声をファイルへ録音・保存したり、外部サーバーへ送信したりしません。曲名、アプリ名、音楽ファイル、音声フィンガープリントも読み取りません。
2. OSの許可
Windowsのマイク反応はWindowsのプライバシー設定に従います。macOS 14.2以降では、システム音声に「画面収録とシステムオーディオ」、マイクに「マイク」の許可が必要になる場合があります。
許可しない場合も、選択した音反応以外の機能は利用できます。PikoBopが許可を無限に要求することはありません。
3. 端末内に保存するデータ
選択した動物、表示先、色、サイズ、交代間隔、お上品モード、提携広告の許可状態などの設定を端末内に保存します。PikoBopアプリには、行動分析、広告ID、自動クラッシュ報告を組み込みません。
4. 有料ライセンス
有料アップグレードが提供される場合、購入はMerchant of RecordであるPaddleの安全なHTTPS画面で行われます。氏名、メールアドレス、請求先情報、支払情報などの購入情報はPaddleがそのプライバシーポリシーに従って処理し、PikoBopはカード番号を受け取りません。
決済確認とライセンス発行のため、PikoBopのライセンスサービスはPaddleから顧客識別子、取引識別子、決済・返金・チャージバックの状態、購入時のメールアドレスを取得します。購入メールの配送にはResendを利用し、配送に必要なメールアドレスとメッセージ内容が同社へ送信されます。これらの事業者は、それぞれのプライバシーポリシーに従って情報を処理します。
ライセンス認証時には、ライセンスキー、無作為に生成したインストール識別子、ライセンスのインスタンス識別子をライセンスサービスへ送信します。コンピューター名と音声は送信しません。
ライセンスキーは、Windowsでは現在のWindowsユーザーのデータ保護機能、macOSではキーチェーンで保護します。
5. 無料版とダウンロードサイトの広告
公式ダウンロードサイトでは、PikoBop以外の自社アプリ広告と、無料の相互広告サービスAdTogetherによる提携広告を表示します。自社アプリ広告はサイト内の素材を使い、表示やクリックを記録しません。
build25以降のMac・Windows無料版では設定画面に提携広告を常時表示します。Cookieやユーザー識別子を使わない文脈広告を、設定画面が開いている間に取得します。取得できない場合は通信・計測のない同梱広告を表示します。広告取得は従来の同意チェックに依存しませんが、表示・クリック計測は従来の許可がある場合だけで、更新時にその許可を有効化しません。有料版やライセンス確認中は広告を表示しません。build24以前は従来の外部広告設定に従います。
AdTogetherへの広告要求には公開App ID、広告枠、バナー種別、アプリ識別子を使用します。1秒以上表示された広告の確認または利用者が広告を選んだ時には、広告IDと計測トークン、プラットフォーム、アプリのバージョンを送信します。通信先では通常のインターネット通信に伴いIPアドレスとUser-Agentが処理される場合があります。音声、PC状態、設定内容、ライセンスキー、ユーザー追跡用ID、端末名は送りません。
Google AdSenseは審査と同意管理の準備が完了した後にダウンロードサイトで開始する場合があります。PikoBopの有料版はアプリ内広告を要求・表示しません。
6. 削除と保持
PikoBopを終了してアプリケーションデータを削除すると、端末内の設定を消去できます。有料ライセンスを利用している場合は、先にライセンス管理画面からこの端末の認証を解除してください。
購入・ライセンス記録は、購入の提供、返金・不正利用・チャージバックへの対応、会計上または法令上の義務、サポートに必要な期間だけ保持します。削除・確認のご相談はサポート窓口へご連絡ください。ただし、法令または正当な紛争対応に必要な記録は直ちに削除できない場合があります。

ENGLISH SUMMARY
Your audio stays on your device.
Audio reactions are off by default. When you choose system output or microphone input, PikoBop processes only short-lived audio frames in memory to estimate loudness, peaks, and beats. It does not record, save, or upload audio, and it does not read track names, application names, audio files, or audio fingerprints.
Preferences are stored locally, including whether the user permits partner ads. The Windows and macOS apps contain no behavioral analytics, advertising ID, or automatic crash reporting. If paid upgrades are offered, Paddle processes checkout and billing data as Merchant of Record; PikoBop never receives card details. The licensing service receives transaction, refund, customer and buyer-email data needed to issue and manage a license, and Resend processes the buyer email and message needed for license delivery. License activation sends the key and random installation identifiers, but never the computer name or audio.
The official download website shows bundled promotions for the developer’s apps other than PikoBop and partner ads from the free AdTogether reciprocal exchange. AdTogether receives only the public App ID, placement, banner type, and a generic site identifier when requesting an ad. A confirmed view or user click sends the ad ID and measurement token; the image host may process an IP address and User-Agent. Audio, PC state, preferences, and licence information are not sent.
Mac and Windows build25 and later always show contextual partner ads in free Settings, with a bundled offline fallback. Bundled ads make no network requests and record no impressions or clicks. Choosing one opens the destination in the default browser. Contextual AdTogether requests use no cookies or user identifiers and occur only while Settings is open, independently of the former opt-in checkbox. Measurement still requires a previously granted preference, which upgrades never enable. Builds24 and earlier retain their previous external-ad preferences. Paid or uncertain entitlements show no ads; external no-fill and emergency stops generate no external measurements. Requests contain the public App ID, placement, banner type, and app identifier. A view is recorded only after at least one second of viewability; a click is recorded only after the user chooses the ad. Those measurements contain the ad ID, measurement token, platform, and app version. The provider may process an IP address and User-Agent as part of ordinary network transport. Audio, PC state, preferences, license keys, user-tracking identifiers, and device names are never sent.
Google AdSense may begin on the download website only after review and consent management are ready. The paid edition never requests or shows an in-app ad.
Purchase and license records are retained only as needed to provide the purchase, handle support, refunds, fraud and chargebacks, and meet accounting or legal obligations. Effective date: September 6, 2026. Published by PikoBop Support.
